Support Integration Lead
CurrentThis role, based between Fleet Operations and the Maintenance Function, is responsible for supporting the General Manager in managing the ATTAC project. This is achieved through face to face senior reviews, both internal and external to the business. The role is co-located on an end-user site with emphasis on dynamic responsiveness to customer requirements.This role reports directly to the Fleet Operations Manager and includes the following activities:- Take an involved and "hands on" approach, providing interim and additional support at early or critical phases of key initiatives where required - Co-ordinate problem solving activities, progress reporting, escalation and risk management. - Utilise problem solving and influencing skills to positively overcome issues and challenges- Scope, shape and define new initiatives, write project briefs and/or work directly with the project managers to ensure adequate scoping and defining of projects- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders including third parties- Work collaboratively with stakeholders (to Director level) to identify opportunities, interdependencies, gaps, risks and issues and proactively take appropriate action- Regularly liaise with project stakeholders to communicate issues, risks, progress and escalate where necessary
