I also assess the claim against information received in order to decide the stance on liability and make decisions to accept the new claim based on the information that has been provided. Another part of my role is to ensure all clients receive a full explanation of the claims handling process. My targets are also to achieve successful capture of various stages throughout the process including repairs, PI and hire.
