while as a resident advisor, I was supervising a floor of a residential building, making sure people were following rules, safe and where in an environment in which they could be most productive.

Responsibilities include being in charge of all the staff at the beaches I was in charge of, handling the money earned at the beach/ depositing it, dealing with more patrons that were too irate for the lifeguards, dealing with the police, discipling employees when the situation called for it, working with my staff to make everyone more effective and feel as if they are a crucial part of the team, and making it so patrons want to follow the rules while feeling safe and welcome.

Almost exact same responsibilities as a regular lifeguard; however, I was now in charge of all the lifeguards at the beach. I had to organize lifeguards sit rotation to maximize production, discipline lifeguards if needed, and train new lifeguards while still preforming the duties of a lifeguard.

Responsibilities included working with other lifeguards to make the beach is as safe as it can be, deal with aggravated patrons, deliver first aid/cpr, and cleaning the beach.
