I am orginally from Plymouth, Minnesota. I am a senior finance major also pursuing the risk management and insurance certificate and a leadership studies certificate. My anticipated graduation date is May 2016. I would consider myself an active student here on the University of Iowa campus. I am currently a student representative for the financial aid advisory board and also held an executive position with my social fraternity, Phi Delta Theta. I am a member of student organizations Hawktrade and Financial Management Association (FMA). Besides my involvement at the University of Iowa, I enjoy playing hockey, golfing, being outside, and fishing. I am currently exploring different career options within risk management, insurance, and financial analyzing. I look forward to continue enhancing my knowledge and develop professionally in the corporate world.I am an achiever who actively seeks opportunities for personal growth. I also carry strong mind for analytics and strategy development with quantitative reasoning. These developed skills have created a clear, concise plan for myself. I hope to continue down this mental path while being able to adapt if circumstances may change. I hope in my professional career I can best utilize my skills to truly make a difference in something I am passionate about.
