Facility design included 700,000 sq/ft warehouse and 300,000 sq/ft production area. Production spaced was designed for 10 production lines and the warehouse was completely racked out with future expansion for ASRS and LGVs as demand increases. Initial facility design capacity is 80MM cases/annually with future expansion to 120MM cases/annually.• Warehouse automation project ($10MM – $50MM) design and execution for picking at the case and pallet levelso Completed 3 automated case and pallet picking automation projects in California, Michigan and Connecticut. Projects ranged in size from 30,000 sq/ft to 80,000 sq/ft with new and existing facility upgrades. Case & pallet conveyor, palletizers, depalletizers, auto case picking, PLC and PC control systems were all included in the project scope. System design capacities ranged from 2,000 to 6,000 cases/min. o Lead engineer with project design and execution responsibilities for ASRS and AGV system capacity upgrades at the Louisiana PC/DC. Next steps were direct LGV truck loading. o Responsible for a Washington facility production capacity expansion that included a new production line, process area upgrades, and 30,000 sq/ft fully racked warehouse. The warehouse expansion was designed for future ASRS and LGV upgrades as required based on future demand.
