Initial facility design capacity is 80MM cases/annually with future expansion to 120MM cases/annually.• Warehouse automation project ($10MM – $50MM) design and execution for picking at the case and pallet levelso Completed 3 automated case and pallet picking automation projects in California, Michigan and Connecticut. Projects ranged in size from 30,000 sq/ft to 80,000 sq/ft with new and existing facility upgrades. Case & pallet conveyor, palletizers, depalletizers, auto case picking, PLC and PC control systems were all included in the project scope. System design capacities ranged from 2,000 to 6,000 cases/min. o Lead engineer with project design and execution responsibilities for ASRS and AGV system capacity upgrades at the Louisiana PC/DC.
