Following from the success of Lets Explore the new Day Nursery was researched and modelled during early 2019. Once again reforming the venue from a Stag and Hen haven to a family child friendly site that the local community was calling for. With part of the Lets Race venue becoming available for use it was decided that we should look at new businesses to fill the space. Following months of market research and modelling it was clear that the local venue required a family oriented business to fill a gap in the market. Lets Explore has continued to grow employing 30+ staff and entertaining thousands of families each week. After a year in the making Lets Golf launched on the 23rd of October 2015 as the Golf Simulation arm to the "Lets" brand. From conception to construction it has been my personal project along side the position of Commercial Manager at Lets Race. After developing the idea further with various different business plans and market research it was clear that a Golf Simulation Venue in Surrey was a very viable option. Research into the Golf Simulation market threw up various questions with how the venue would finally look and feel, the decision was made to install the best HD Golf Simulators the first of which to be launch in a public venue in the UK.It was then my project to manage through to the venue that stands before us today from building work, design, and finishing touches. Along with managing the existing Lets Race venue and continuously operating a successful Motorsport Simulation venue throughout the build process.With the attention now moving on to increasing venue footfall to the Lets Race and Lets Golf venue my attention has reverted too Sales, Marketing and Branding as well as managing the ongoing relationship with the food and professional concessions within the venue. From Simulation to Reality, Lets Race 2 Reality has taken drivers through their paces on the Full Motion simulators at Lets Race onto Karting and finally a interview process with John Surtees OBE, Max Chilton and Trevor Carlin where the decision was made to crown Piers Prior as the lucky winner with the chance to test a Formula 3 car at Pembrey Race Circuit with Carlin.
