I provide employment law advice to both employers and employees and advise on all aspects of employment law. A typical week for me will include working with clients on advancing or defending their Employment Tribunal claims and where appropriate seeking and negotiating settlement of claims. I also provide advice and support to HR managers and directors in relation to handling day to day workplace issues, including dealing with difficult grievances, complex disciplinaries, performance management issues, business reorganisation and redundancy situations.My clients include employees of all levels. I regularly advise employees in relation to employment disputes and how their employment rights can be protected, whether informally, under a compromise agreement or by pursuing their rights in the Employment Tribunal.Specialties: Employment tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination, negotiating and advising on exit strategies for senior employees and dealing with disputes in relation to notice periods, restrictive covenants and confidentiality.
