As an English Tutor with Fluent, I work with 2nd year university students to improve their conversational English skills. Through breakout room discussions, weekly one-on-one conversations, and various professional exercises including drafting professional emails, conducting mock interviews and simulating pitch presentations, we intend to equip these students with the skills needed to join an English-language workplace once they conclude their studies.

In this position, I strengthened fundraising capacity by creating centralized spreadsheet with research on charitable foundations and individual philanthropists from which officers can introduce, cultivate and solicit. Furthermore, I was tasked with creating and completing an extensive research profile document on all the company's gala attendees for the company’s executive leadership and Board of Directors to review. Finally, I assisted in planning and executing donor events, including pre/post show receptions and Canadian Stage’s annual gala.

As critic, I was tasked with writing reviews for all company summer productions in Kingston and neighbouring regions for the Kingston Theatre Alliance performance blog. Moreover, alongside my partner, I covered all shows in the 2018 Storefront Fringe Festival and Kick & Push Festival.

In this position, I facilitated and guided a lab of ~15 students in the creation of their own devised performances based on texts studied in the course. Furthermore, I was responsible for grading portion of papers and assignments submitted by students.

In this position, I created original and sourced curated content to post on The House’s Facebook Page. As well, I planned and executed interactive marketing campaign for one of The House’s primary fundraising events.

In this position, I worked closely with my supervisor and acclaimed-playwright John Lazarus in overseeing the creative writing process of 24 students by giving them weekly feedback for improvement

Assists in the planning and executing of multiple aspects of The House's major annual event JEDx including the processing of donations and ticket sales, and the coordination of smaller additional programs and fundraising events.

Assists in updating donor and sponsor contact information to improve the efficiency of NCSY Canada’s tax receipt distribution system. Assists in organizing and packaging supplies for Torah High's (private Jewish-oriented secondary institution) upcoming school year.
