Rainstar is financing deals from $1M to $80M that are mixed-use, multifamily, row homes, spec homes, condo towers, build to rent communities, subdivisions, and any sort of housing property type. We are backed by a $3B institution and have been mandated to deploy $1B of capital into these deals. The benefit of the program we have developed with them is it can go up to 90% Loan to Cost of the project which is a game-changer as most banks will only go up to 75 maybe 80% Loan to cost. Also included in the up to 90% LTC is not only the vertical but also the horizontal financing. Closing times are typically 3 to 4 weeks.
