I lead the engineering department, comprised of various groups specialising in mobile development, web development, QA and solution design. Together we have built many high-profile digital products for companies such as Domino's Pizza, FirstGroup (Avanti West Coast, GWR, SWR, Transpennine Express, Hull Trains and the new Lumo), LNER, First Bus, EE, The FA and Premier League amongst others. The projects we are responsible for deliver revenues of over £1 billion and benefit over 500 million users each year.As part of the leadership team, I help guide the overall running of the company. I am heavily involved in new business, providing technical input on proposals, meeting with and presenting to prospective clients. I ensure that the team is appropriately trained and qualified, and manage IT and departmental budgets to make sure we have appropriate equipment. One of three co-founders of Vexed Digital, a new fully independent digital agency. As well as directly working on a variety of projects, I grew the engineering team and managed work in the agency. I've worked on many pitches for new business, including writing the winning proposal and pitching it to Domino's, who have gone on to be a client for over 10 years.

My first project when I joined Good Technology was the Audi UK website. I was part of the team that built the original site, initially in ASP.NET but subsequently in Java working on both the backend and frontend build. We delivered a number of 'firsts' in the market, including a car configurator, finance quotation engine and the ability to purchase a car online.Other projects I worked on included a prospect tracking system for David Lloyd Leisure, a hotel booking site for TravelInn and various music industry sites for Island Records and their artists.
