An alumnus of the University of St Andrews with undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in International Relations, I have a demonstrable track record of leading happy and well-motivated teams to formulate and deliver complex projects with complete customer satisfaction. Fifteen years in H.M Diplomatic Service has seen me gain expertise in policy development, project management and delivery, as well as delivering objectives for international institutions, including NATO and the UN. A proven ability as a self motivator, with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, I am able to operate in teams of all sizes, and to be able to deliver results in challenging and conflict affected environments. I am people-orientated and extremely adept at stakeholder development and management. I have developed expertise in analytical and strategic thinking along with strong presentation skills. After three years working at the University of St Andrews, latterly as Director of UK Admissions, and a year as a Political Adviser to the NATO Senior Civilian Representative in Kabul, Afghanistan, I am currently posted at the British Embassy in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
