-Assistance with the origination, structuring, risk assessment and review of all new investment and development property lending opportunities loan amount in excess of $10m -Independent property risk assessment, focussing on market conditions, sustainability of the cash flow, quality of the improvements and the quality of management arrangements -Risk mitigation analysis in respect of new lending opportunities and portfolio management -Advice to the Credit teams on any required commercial property issues -Assistance with the preparation of credit submissions including valuation synopses focussed on key property risks, detailed financial modelling, feasibility analyses and the recommendation of appropriate conditions precedent and covenants -Instruction, review and summarise valuations and consultant's reports in support of new property lending deals and facility reviews

-Extensive financial modelling using Cougar and Argus software across all asset classes (Retail, Commercial, Industrial) for acquisitions, disposals and developments across a $13billion portfolio.-Undertaking feasibility analysis for existing and potential development opportunities using both Estate Master and Circle -Prepare internal valuation figures on a quarterly basis for Director sign off using Argus software. Portfolio valuation and financial analysis ensuring returns are maximised within acceptable risk parameters -Analysis of sales and leasing transactions and monitoring their effect on asset performance -Provide strategic advice on all acquisitions and disposals. Active member of office strategy team attending fortnightly meetings. Including Colonial Industrial Portfolio. -Managing the external valuation process involves liaising with Portfolio Managers, Fund Managers and External Valuers to achieve a desired outcome. -Liaising between Asset and Fund managers together with leasing divisions so as to produce an optimal outcome for Dexus.
