I have over 26 years service in the RAF, the last 10 as Sgt. I am a professional with profound experience in directing overall organisational operations with a wide range of radar skills and knowledge within a maritime and naval environment. I have a proven record of excellence in driving profitable operational results, directing and training diverse teams, compiling important reports, and collating data from electronic sources. I have demonstrated expertise in team leadership, operations management, budgeting and forecasting, HR administration, health and safety, and customer satisfaction. An excellent communicator, able to build relationships and manage competing demands that resulted in achieving challenging operational goals. Having worked the majority of my career in an operations room I have the necessary skill set to excel within this environment. Whilst serving in the military I strived hard to achieve a degree in humanities/history in order to push my boundaries and enhance my future prospects.
