I help early-stage startups turn their ideas into market-ready products. Specializing in high-fidelity prototyping and rapid iteration, I partner with engineering teams to build, test, and refine experiences to help launch them to the world.

After working with Ghost for a couple of months as a Designer in Residence (part of the Sutter Hill Ventures portfolio) I ended up joining the team full time. During my time at Ghost, I designed novel multi-modal HMI experiences for their self-driving car platform. A few key projects included:• Driving Simulator: Created an in-office simulator to safely test dangerous driving maneuvers, bypassing the need for early-stage test track trials which saved significant cost on track rentals and engineering resources.• Multi-Modal Experience Testing: Led on-track testing of a comprehensive driving experience, utilizing a real car to integrate display control, haptics, audio, and LEDs, (all prototyped in Origami Studio) demonstrating the system's effectiveness in high-speed scenarios.• Test-Track Tool: Helped build a tool to simplify setup, observation, and debugging for engineers on the test track, massively speeding up the testing process for track days.

Designed for a range of SHV's portfolio companies at various stages from stealth to Series D. I also helped ideate and prototype internally incubated products to evaluate the validity of funding them as a proper company.

My time at Lyft was split between the enterprise and driver app team. On Enterprise, I launched a pilot program for non-emergency medical transportation, handling the design for both driver and patient interfaces. On the Driver team, I was part of a small team that entirely redesigned the driver experience to accommodate potential major legislative changes (AB5).

I worked on various aspects of live streaming, both for creation and consumption. As Periscope became more integrated into Twitter, my focus shifted to designing Video on Demand (VOD) and Live experiences within the Twitter app.

RobinHealth is an on-demand prescription delivery and consultation service based out of San Francisco.
