About Ben Talbot

I have been the luckiest guy on the planet over the last 12 years getting to help a company grow from 5 units to 95 units. During that time I was able to grow from an assistant manager to the Regional Partner of Operations. I was over 47 locations and responsible for over $100,000,000.00 in sales a year. I opened 4 stores for them as a GM in the DFW market. I then went to west Texas market and opened up Lubbock and Amarillo successfully and became a market partner. I was then able to move to the Houston market and make that the number 1 market in the company. In 2017 I was asked to become a Regional Partner over DFW, CO.,OK., and West Texas. I believe I was able to do all of this because of the culture I was able to create which centered around people first and partnership.
