Project scopes include national rollout of hundreds of joinery displays for the home appliance retail sector into The Good Guys, Harvey Norman & JB Hifi. Also end-to-end project management of full shop fit outs including design and production management, local council and certification management.As a company that specialises in kiosks, shop in shops and exhibition stands that installs nationwide, it is my role to ensure projects meet budget, run on time are delivered to an appropriate standard. My tasks in this role include taking ownership of projects from sales, taking them through estimation and construction, through to handover while co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers, logistics management, budget and time management as well as client and stakeholder management all whilst adhering to Quality Management System ISO 9001.Some of my recent projects include:- National rollout of 100s of displays for Samsung’s Home Appliance and IT & Mobile Communications Divisions.- End-to-end Shop fits for Haighs Chocolates.- Management of construction and installation of multiple large-scale exhibition stands to the Harvey Norman Show at Flemington Raceway, Melbourne.

As one of the Senior Joiners, I was responsible for the assembly and installation of complex joinery to office fit outs and high end residential situations.Some of the projects I worked on include:-RTA fit outs.-AEC office fit outs.-Corporate box fit outs at the SCG and SFS.-Complete architecturally designed office joinery fit outs for various advertising and market research companies.-Fit out of four $7m apartments in Elizabeth Bay, NSW.
