• All responsibilities of previous employment (as listed below – Crown Agents) and becoming increasingly client facing with regular Support meetings with key business partners incuding BT Syntegra. I was responsible for 5 members of the Support Team for 2nd and 3rd line support relating to EROS, ARIES and TACTICA . ARIES is a bespoke online invoice reconciliation software used by several National Health Service (NHS) Finance deparments and TACTICA is an online Contract and Tender Management tool .• Belmin were also providing 1st and 2nd line support for the Department of Works and Pensions, Meat Hygiene Services and Job Centre Plus throughout England and Northern Ireland in the use of the EROS procurement software.• I also managed onsite implementation projects which required training courses to one or many users covering each of the unique software packages listed above.
Technical Analyst
• I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the support desk, supporting a unique procurement software EROS (Electronic Requisitioning and Ordering System). This software is used by over 3000 users in 120 NHS Trusts/Primary Care Trusts throughout Britain from dumb terminal to PCs running Windows 2000/XP. We supplied 2nd and 3rd line support involving first contact and immediate problem solving with end users to configuring, installing and support via remote access software.• I worked closely with the Implementation Manager for the full installation of EROS and related software. This leads to initial Project Meetings with clients to scope requirements leading to full roll-out and hand holding.• I had in-house responsibility for domain connectivity on 2000/2003 servers and desktop support for several Microsoft based applications including Office, Access Database, SQL, scheduled backups and UPS.• I setup, scheduled and supported all aspects of autoftp processes within the UNIX Operating System. I am able to setup processes using the CRON to automatically send files from the UNIX directory to client desktops and direct interfaces to both Financial and Purchasing Ledger applications.• I supported EROS to Payment Ledgers and Financial interfaces which involves identifying and solving issues with flat file delivery to end point destinations.• I worked towards Service Level Agreements / Operating Level Agreements as previously defined with Clients

• I was Head Chef for the SFI Group with main responsibilities being the management of day to day running of the kitchen meeting GP targets, weekly/monthly/yearly budgets and all aspects of staff management.• I regularly met with clients to design the most appropriate menu for their event taking in financial requirements and budgets. This client interaction was a major part of the role which formed the foundations of building client relationships I now have. • I planned staff rosters for 5 members of the team taking into consideration wage percentage. This also included all management, recruitment and human resource aspects of running a kitchen team.
