PPE, Inc. is a manufactures representative which sells products for a product manufacturer in a defined territory. This means that we are responsible for all orders that originate or are delivered into a territory agreed to between PPE, Inc. and the product manufacturer. The product manufacture takes the purchase orders from customers, ships product to customers, invoices customers and pays PPE, Inc. commission. PPE, Inc. has grown to $2,900,000 in total revenues and operates in territories Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and North Florida. PPE, Inc. currently has contracts with seven product manufactures to represent them in agreed upon territories. PPE, Inc. will provide technical support to ensure successful product installations. PPE Services LLC was founded July 2015 and is a distributor and a service provider. PPE Services LLC will buy products from the product manufacture and resell products to PPE Service LLC customers. PPE Service LLC will service products were there is an economic opportunity. PPE Services LLC will bill for labor on instruments we repair and technical support for Design Maintenance Systems Inc. (DMSI) software. PPE Services LLC will purchase products, accept customers purchase orders and invoice customers.
