I worked at Complete Pest Control as a technician and Operations Manager for seven years. During that time I was responsible for staff training, ordering stock, managing both employees and contractors, and the general day-to-day running of the business. My decision to start a business of my own was driven by the birth of my daughter, with the intention to create a healthy balance between work and home life.
