Using in-house database systems such as Chameleon, Patient Centre and Welsh Pas to provide the NHS with analytical and maintenance support in relation to patient pathways from several trusts across both England and Wales. Throughout the project there were numerous objectives, such as standard patient validation, to specialist tasks like checking for duplicate pathways, planned or elective procedures and reopening previously stopped incorrectly pathways.
