I work for the team that maintains and repairs our beautiful 432 room Forbes 4 Star rated hotel, Forbes 5 Star rated Spa, and 2 story Casino. On top of the front of house areas we also maintain a cogeneration plant, chiller plant with 6 chillers, hvac, plumbing, and electrical equipment. We have a team of over 200 including management that make this possible.

I directly supervise 21 employees. I was selected to help with Star Wars Land, the biggest expansion in the history of the resort. I was part of the project from construction to opening. I would meet daily with our contractors and engineers to help maintain schedule. I am responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the newest attractions at the resort. This includes over $1 million in parts and material, labor budgeting, vacation scheduling and forecasting. I work with vendors, contractors, and operations to maintain reliability. I schedule maintenance, repairs, and all other work associated with the attraction.

I directly supervised 32 employees. I was part of our largest expansion at the time which was Carsland. I was on the team two years prior to opening and got to help select our team, work with contractors and engineers, and perform test and adjust. Our daily focus after opening is PM completion, ride reliability, and safety and training. I maintained a positive relationship with our Operation partners and made sure their needs were met.
