As a Senior Manager in a Morrisons store, I currently work alongside a high performing team of Senior Managers, Store managers and People managers who consistently achieve outstanding performance on key performance indicators.I am highly versatile and results orientated. I am a senior management professional and I pride my work on continuous improvement. I strongly believe that this attitude has helped me develop through Morrisons training academy from sales assistant to Senior Manager.I pride myself on how I grasp new concepts and ideas quickly, whilst thinking about maximising productivity and efficiency, therefore increasing profitability.My in depth training has given me the opportunity to work in over 10 different stores gaining valuable experience in how different size retail outlets are run. I have also had the opportunity to provide support during refits and new store openings. In the last couple of years I have been responsible for running my previous store in the absence of our Store Manager. I have also supported Area Managers and Service Coaches with certain extra tasks to increase my knowledge within the last couple of years.Overall I have enjoyed my time within this role; gaining vital experience and knowledge for the progression of my career.
