About Ben Thompson

Turning my years of business leadership experience into advancing socially beneficial programs is my next-stage career focus. My strong interests are in financial and economic empowerment, education equity, inequality, and social and racial justice issues. As a Fellow in Harvard's Advanced Leadership Initiative Program, I learned to re-orient my skills towards these goals while learning to apply the intangibles needed to make a difference. I am guided by my experiences working with companies large and small, established and startups, US-based and international. My core organizational beliefs are in building relationships, developing people, and devising, assessing, and implementing effective strategies. I am excited to continue on this journey.
