Since 2014, York on a Fork has grown into York and the surrounding area's most trusted media outlet for restaurant and food content. Hundreds of food outlets have invited me to experience their offering and this has led me to develop what I believe to be the strongest network of food contacts in the city. This has put me in a position to offer consultancy on what it means to open and sustain a successful food business in York. I sit on various awards panels in the food & tourism industries in York, provide the food pages for the official York Tourist Guide and can offer marketing and promotion for food & drink businesses in the region. I've worked with numerous marketing agencies and tourism providers to ensure content is relevant, reciprocally beneficial and authentic and love to help new businesses find their voice in a crowded sector.

Working in a group based IT function I managed a workload across various diverse territories and functions to provide Business Analysis. I worked to launch new branches of the business in new countries as well as providing support to the local UK business. this was a challenging and fast moving role that touched on many disciplines and relied on accurate documentation and clear communication.
