My role is to be the face of Poly and make sure our channel partners understand our products and the benefits of the Poly range. Working together with Channel Account Managers, Providing a multitude of pivotal information in order to help partners is an important part of my role, as well as building relationships throughout our channel partner portfolio. Poly up until December 2018 was Plantronics and Polycom, so a huge part of my role is to educate partners around our offering and help Teams to understand where Poly sit in the Unified Communications Market. Expertise in thorough and detailed Account Management. Recognition of customer needs and challenges in business allow me to leverage the value-add proposition. Consistently and accurately support forecast monthly sales revenue with a proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota and Key Performance Metrics with Partners.Organizing Focus days, Spif/Symposium, incentives, Exhibitions is a responsibility i enjoy and seeing the results at the end is very enjoyable.
