Highly driven and enthusiastic University of Exeter MSc Financial Analysis and Fund Management post-graduate student beginning a career in finance. Ben's high performance in his postgraduate degree is a testament to his strong technical skills, which he has further refined during his current work experience at J O Hambro Capital Management. Ben is currently completing an in-depth equity research report on the UK airline industry, including DCF valuations and a comprehensive market and competitor analysis.Working as the program coordinator for Women In APIs, a non-profit community of over 400 members involved with APIs, his goal was to help underrepresented minorities in the tech industry get seen and heard. Ben developed a thorough understand of diversity and equality in the workplace, and why it is such an important issue to be addressed. Through organising events, creating newsletters and being the first point-of-call for WIA members, Ben made a positive impact on the IT industry, while simultaneously developing excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
