Supervising a team of CNC Operators, assembly fitters and bench finishers along with overseeing the process from delivery of material through complete manufacture and external processes until customer delivery.

• Being accountable for the success and lean improvements of the NC section consisting of a variety of MAZAK and Mori Seiki 3/4/5 axis mills plus the CNC grinding needs of the company in all aspects including;
• Consistent high quality and necessary RCA
• Delivery
• Safety
• Work flow
• Day/night shift work planning

Solely responsible for the CNC grinding and honing needs within the company in all aspects for example team leading sections, purchasing consumables, influencing/advising NPI and our capability with the equipment we have.

• Program, set and operate Studer S33 for a mixture of;
• Internal/External cylindrical grinding
• Contours
• Chrome
• HVOF
• Macros
