Involvement in best method practice to execute works, aligning with HSE in design and practicality to execute works.

Coordination of works associated with the Bayu Undan shutdown, set up of training and compenticies required for workforce offshore and onshore, assist with detail planning,review budget associoated with workpack deveolpment and ensure it is sufficient for works, ensure workpack complience is met and delivered as per schedule, identify training required for office workfroce in order to develop a strong team, liaison with client to ensure all requirements are met that have been agreed on, ensuring HSE is met through workpack deveolpment both in design and execution, mentoring for risk / constructability reviews associated with shutdown scope, set up of presentations to enlighten offshore work force of scope early in the piece rather than later. Bringing the team together to deliver a safe shutdown.

Coordination of a team of cordinators involved in Brownfield projects for both offshore and facilities associated with the Woodside assets.Setting up of budgets, Management of HSE both team and site, HSE input in to design phase of projects. Resourcing of coordinators to meet schedule requirements.

Third fuel gas project on the Northern Endevour. Installation of a vendor skid and associated pipe work in order to turn oil in to gas to power the on board turbines. lead team of workers and comply to schedule
