This can include staff training sessions on new products or techniques, dealing with warranty cases and dealing with our wholesaler group to ensure that our retailers can source all the products they require.

As part of the research team I was in charge of several large research projects including customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and web site effectiveness testing. I was in charge of putting out high value projects to tender and working closely with leading research agencies to ensure that quality research was undertaken. I also created KPIs for the company to work towards and disseminated findings to the various business owners and teams who would benefit from the research carried out. I was in charge of designing research tools including online surveys, telephone research scripts and focus group scripts. I regularly undertook complex analysis of various forms of data to produce the business KPIs and other key findings.

I tendered out for, and managed research projects covering a wide range of issues within the skills sector. I also carried out complex analysis of secondary data, from sources including the ONS and other high level aganecies. I was also tasked with disseminating the findings of the company's research and developing KPIs for the skills sector I worked within.

As part of a small team I was an officer tasked with evaluating the community projects that the NHS funded in the area. These ranged from drug rehab clinics, to Surestart programmes and drop in centres for the homeless. The job entailed a lot of primary research (focus groups and interviews) with all the project stakeholders, ranging from drug users to Police Inspectors. I then drew together my findings to grade the performance of the various programmes.
