From the office in Cambridge I successfully delivered over 95 online courses and 3 large scale online competitions (c.900 participants) for students located in China, UK, US and UAE. My role with Elite Journey required me to recruit and manage a team of 25 UK based tutors and competition judges, whilst also creating all company recruitment materials and course policies. As one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads, i also ensured all online products were compliant and the company reporting processes were inline with current guidance. Show less

Working for the largest tour operator in the ski resort of Courchevel, I was the resort representative for the Chalet Hotel Crystal 2000. A 133 guest capacity hotel, with ski in ski out facilities. My role was to ensure the smooth running of all resort transfers, fulfilment of guest experience / expectation, all while keeping to in resort sales targets (Lift passes, equipment rental, tuition and apres events).

Working as an Auxiliar De Ingles (Conversation Assistant) in a Primary School, situated in the picturesque Catalan Pyrenees Mountains. During my time in Puigcerda I was responsible for lesson planning, lesson delivery and one to one mentoring. I also spent evenings after work tutoring local teenagers and adults through their B1 & B2 Cambridge English Examinations.
