I attract, assess, and select top healthcare talent to support the rural and remote communities of Victoria.• Currently managing full life-cycle recruitment for primary care, specialising in; General Practice and Allied Health.• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective hiring strategies to promote and develop the culture and benefits of working within a large portfolio of unique healthcare organisations• Consistently track and manage candidates through our bespoke ATS and CRM.• Collect detailed feedback, finalise hiring decisions with key stakeholders, generate and extend offers.• Manage/maintain relationships with existing clients • Provide/communicate comprehensive and up to date industry and market advice to practice management teams.• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through constant follow up communication, timely feedback and informative discussions regarding health pathways and industry trends.
