Primarily I contributed to the daily operation of the business including operating a CRM software package, as well as the long-term development of the business. I coached clients one to one, involving goal setting, movement screening, mentoring, and prescription of appropriate training programs. I supervised members on the gym floor, and mentored some of my colleagues in their roles. I managed and coached the club’s monthly strength training program delivered via classes, and trained other coaches delivering the program. I continue to oversee the strength program and provide support in the use of the CRM software remotely.
