Since the recent closure of Immersive Studios, where I formerly called my home for recording, I have been running sessions out of the basement of my home, with some really great results. Laid back, fun environs, flexible scheduling, and a solid set of tools make for a great recording experience all around. Immersive Studios was one of the best rooms in Denver for years. I had a blast cutting my teeth there, learning from a couple of the best engineer/producers in Colorado, Mike Yach and Steve Vidaic, as well as working with some of the best musicians on the scene today.
