Grew and developed the team from successfully delivering an annual capital works program of approximately $80m per annum to successfully delivering over $300m whilst achieving over 90% for budget and schedule performance and also delivering the works safely to realise benefits for the customers, community and environment.Previous to Unitywater, over a period of eight years, worked in a number of Program and senior project delivery roles at Queensland Rail (QR), leading the delivery of large, complex, and multi-disciplinary programs and projects within a constrained and challenging operational environment.
