Growing up, did I always dream of being a client director in the world of corporate communications? No. As a Marketing graduate, did I fall in love with corporate comms?. Yes. As a professional, am I proud to have been delivering best-in-class stakeholder communications for over two decades? Absolutely! So here I am. Loving working with incredibly smart, creative people; helping guide clients of all types and sizes to communicate better with their audiences in order to change perceptions and behaviours and ultimately make a difference in the world. I believe in building trusting relationships, both with colleagues and clients. For me, the key to successful partnerships is transparency and open communications. No BS, just hard work, dedication and honesty will get you a long way… and a touch of fun and humour added to the mix always helps! When not working, I still live by these values; working hard and trying to do my bit – I volunteer weekly and always aim to leave places better than when I arrived. I have a young family who are growing way too fast. I love being outdoors and keeping fit and active and enjoy watching (and sometimes participating in) a variety of sports and films (less participation there!)
