Satisfy response and resolution time objectives.- Communicate in a clear and succinct fashion. Use proper technical terminology (medical, IT, etc.) and vulgarize when required.- Understand the high standards and challenges of the medical industry in order to assure an excellent management of the priorities (high-level emergencies are frequent).- Resolve technical issues related to the usage of our product and requiring a deep understanding of computer science and, more specifically, of the healthcare IT field (hardware, third-party software, MSSQL databases, lab testing instruments, programming languages, etc.).- Ensure the satisfaction of our clientele in regards to our 24/7 emergency support service.- Contribute to the obtainment of the ISO certification of the company.

Le mandat du Comité sectoriel Élexpertise est principalement de développer la main-d'oeuvre dans l'industrie électrique et électronique du Québec grâce à ses formations, ses événements, ses collectes et diffusions d'information sur l'industrie. - Gérer et effectuer des projets de recherche en industrie et en assurer la diffusion des résultats- Organiser et participer à des événements de promotion des carrières et des métiers dans l'industrie (Journées découvertes, Journées carrières);- Mettre à jour le site web de l'organisation et y intégrer de nouvelles fonctionnalités;- Planifier, rédiger et mettre en page des publications - "newsletters" - envoyées à travers l'industrie;- Consulter, mettre à jour et optimiser le réseau de contacts (base de données);- Promouvoir les services et les événements d'Élexpertise auprès de la clientèle cible (téléphones, courriels et suivi).
