Accountable for overseeing all activities of a procurement support team of specialists. Specific talent development activities include team allocations and assignments, resource management, individual talent direction, hiring and career guidance. Responsible for skill assessment and training as well as competency development for individuals on the team. Accountable for the efficiency and streamlining of all transactional processes within Global Procurement including those in support of all Hallmark businesses. Supports transactions and processes for all aspects of indirect procurement (IT, HR, office supplies/MRO, and other contracted services). Accountable for the storage process for all legal contracts and overseeing completion of the supplier risk management process for the Global Procurement division.Links with all key business partners to include accounts payable, transportation, demand & inventory management, distribution, manufacturing, SAP Center of Excellence, procurement buying teams and operations in US/Canada/Hong Kong/China/Thailand, product integrity, creative product development, and merchandising to streamline business processes. Enter and maintain material master data and specifications and create, maintain and configure classifications in SAP. Review and evaluate material information provided by business partners for completeness, accuracy and redundancy based on the business requirements/processes. Support Corporate and KieCore projects that interface with SAP master data tables and material master data.

Oversee the execution of material master data creation and maintenance throughout the end to end process.
