I am an enthusiastic, conscientious and dedicated individual with over twenty years’ experience in Finance and Information Technology. I have recently pivoted my career towards focusing on Special Education Needs to recycle my experience and expertise to support the learning and development of young people and to help prepare them for the world of work.I currently work with an inspiring group of students at a SEN school in Swindon. I manage the school Careers curriculum, organise work experience placements and support student transition onwards to further education and employment. This is a thoroughly rewarding challenge and EVERY DAY I leave school feeling like I have made a difference.
