Served as Senior Safety Coordinator for Baytown Olefins, responsible for all personnel safety activities across BOP, consisting of 500 Employees and upwards of 800 Contractors. Responsible for Site Safety Standards, Behavior Based Safety, Leading and Lagging Indicator Analysis, Medical Clinics and Contractor Performance Annual Reviews. Developed Weekly Leadership Safety Communications to reinforce HSE Culture at all levels, and developed and provided expert safety training throughout the organization.

Served as Project HSE Lead for Julia Project, responsible for all HSE activities across design, fabrication and installation of subsea equipment for a complex offshore project in the Gulf of Mexico. Lead and influenced 7 Prime Contractors in HSE implementation, conducting work at 20 separate facilities in 4 countries with rigorous safety standards. Conducted multiple complex incident investigations throughout the project, identifying high potential risks and implemented fit for risk action items to safely complete the project.

Served as Project SURF HSE Lead for Kizomba Satellites Project, responsible for all HSE activities across the design, fabrication and installation of subsea equipment to access a new oil reservoir offshore, tying into existing FPSOs offshore Angola. Lead and influenced Saipem in HSE implementation, and three separate facilities in in Angola with low existing safety culture. Conducted multiple complex incident investigations throughout the project, identifying high potential risks and implemented.
