All of the work I have done up to this point is completely voluntary, and has mostly consisted in working in local IT repair shops in which I worked hand in hand with customers to see what was wrong with their devices and repaired them with a much more experienced owner of the aforementioned shop. In this venture I gained the skills of communication, teamwork, problem solving, computer skills, and lastly usage of a ticket based system to track customers.
