Great people and great systems is what I’m all about and to lead TEN10 is a real privilege to work with such great people.Focus with TEN10 is just to look after a very few key clients very well- where safety, quality and responsiveness are non-negotiable. I have had vast experience in the painting and industrial coatings industry. Having left school to work in the family business has meant experience has been learnt from the ground up. Being head foreman on jobs over 5000 hours has allowed me to see both sides of teams and understand what helps them succeed. Building National Group for many years was both a trial and a massive challenge, but I learnt a lot by hard lessons. I transformed the culture over a few years and with a massive focus on core values it built a very strong consistent company. My philosophy is great people with great systems creates operational excellence. I have worked in the waterproofing/ industrial flooring sector for many years which gave vast knowledge to the technical coatings industry along with this I am a qualified coatings inspector. I have managed the H&S division of National Group Ltd for 10 years now with our consultants and are delighted at our results of 96% on the AppCon contractor database. Along with this we also successfully passed Acc secondary assessment audit. We have held ISO accreditation for H&S, Quality and Environment since 2020. I enjoy working with client’s to understand their needs, timeframes so as to deliver a great result on time in a professional manner. I view delivering projects from a systems point of view which ensures it happens time and time again.I look for operational savings for companies we work with and often a process change can lead to annual savings of thousands of dollars.I love working with our team to inspire the members into excelling, living happy lives and in turn pleasing the great clients we work with every day.
