I am the COO of Anchorage Capital Partners. I lead the investor relations and fund operations functions and am also involved with our investment teams across the portfolio, including in due diligence, capital and tax structuring, ESG, as well as investment integration and transition. I sat on the Board of Solgen Energy Group prior to its sale in 2021.

I relocated to Sydney in 2015 and managed the Financial Reporting and Corporate Financial Control functions at Macquarie Group. I owned the financial reporting, accounting judgements and associated risk and control aspects of Macquarie's finance function, including the Macquarie Group Ltd (ASX listed) and Macquarie Bank Ltd (APRA regulated) financial reports. I co-ordinated interaction with the Macquarie Group Board and Board Audit Committee, regularly attending and presenting to these governance bodies. I also worked closely with senior stakeholders on Macquarie Group balance sheet transactions, the implementation of new accounting standards and other regulatory changes and the functional management of Macquarie's finance function. I lead teams that support the day-to-day activities of Group Treasury and other service areas as well as our complex accounting functions, including hedge accounting and Macquarie's variable remuneration arrangements. I was a member of the Financial Management Group Diversity Committee.

During this time, I lead the Macquarie-managed fund finance and Macquarie Group finance functions, overseeing teams based in London, various other EMEA locations and India. This included operating in a Finance Director role for a number of private equity-style funds (including Macquarie European Infrastructure Funds 1-4 and Macquarie Russia & CIS Infrastructure Fund), providing strategic support to fund CEOs and management of fund investor relationships. I was also involved in financial due-diligence, transaction execution and transition in relation to multiple asset acquisitions and divestments, both within the Macquarie Group and Macquarie-managed funds.
