CURRENTLYI lead the team at Roxy Leisure as the Managing Director.With the same drive and energy that has traveled with me in various positions over the years, my love of hospitality and service has never been stronger. I value the fun experience, detailed standards, and each member of the team as we strive to offer the best possible experience in gaming.I love to see customers gaming, putting phones down, with pool cues or bowling ball in hand and that competitive streak that comes out in all of us. This really drives me to keep the Roxy Journey growing. Nowadays I draw on all aspects of experience to navigate the daily challenges and thrive on the business growth. As a national operator our values are what binds us together and gives the team a strong platform to succeed together.WORK LIFEPrivileged in my work life to experience a rise through the ranks, early retail days in my youth were followed by 9 years abroad in tourism and hospitality. Returning to the UK at 28 I quickly adjusted to various GM positions before joining the Jones Bar Group as an Operations Manager. Helping to launch the first Roxy Ball Room in 2013 as the Operations Manager and subsequently 5 new Roxy sites in various UK cities. Following this I had an exciting stint at D&D London in 2017 before taking the helm at Concept Taverns in 2018 as an Operations Director, which quickly turned into my first Managing Director role taking Concept from 3- 11 sites. In 2023 I returned to Roxy Leisure to head up further growth as the Managing Director, this truly excites me with all the opportunities for Roxy in the coming years!
