I am a mechanical engineer working in the clean tech and maritime space. Looking forward to tackling all of the big issues to do with decarbonisation. I have spent a lot of my time in my career designing and developing tools for proving the capabilities of electric vehicles from a simulation space. I am currently working on a project that is slated to be one of the first in its class, a high speed fully electric commuter ferry. This project has allowed me to be fully involved in battery sourcing, electric drive train design, composite structural engineering. All while building relationships and seeing below the hood of a lot of the unique equipment manufacturers as we work together to verify and deliver a high performing package of an industry in its humble beginnings.
