My primary role as Club General Manager is to manage and oversee all aspects of the Clubs Operations. A key aspect of this role is the management of the club’s financial budget in achieving membership growth and bottom line profit. My main focuses are on achieving sales budget / target for the club on a monthly and annual basis along with achieving.

My role is to facilitate trainer developments within national programs and to ensure the ongoing promotion of these programs. With this role I have had to be adaptable in various environments to meet the needs of the clients to fill the programs and complete the tasks required. The programs I have been a part of are: AFL Diversity Program, Acceler8.

My role is to drive a personal training culture within the club by effectively, recruiting, training, educating and retaining personal trainers. I complete these objectives by conducting myself with a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment while providing support to my new and established trainers. I have been able to meet and exceed.
