Responsibilities:- Manage the commercial aspects of the budgeting/forecasting process; reviewing, analysing and challenging key assumptions and outcomes; advising on gaps identified and recommending solution- Ensure completion of monthly forecast cycle, outlining to management any risks, opportunities and actions required with robust projection of channel performance- Participate in the monthly Demand review process (IBP) and liaise with Demand planning team in AU environment. Prepare various analysis, reports, and slides for Management- Scenario planning, preparation and analysis of various P&Ls within channels and categories; identifying any risks and opportunities in delivering expected profit- Month-end analysis of sales, trade spend and margins.- Ensure reliability and completeness of data in the GL and the data warehouse- Advising on complex and insightful business cases for the Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams.- Analysis and management of margin and mix targets within the categories and sales channels; managing customer and SKU level profitability- Provide the front end of the business with reliable financial information and advice- Ensure data is readily available out of various systems and individuals in the business have training and access to these systems.- Identify areas of improvement of key business processes and driving results that improve the business and free up resources.

Participated in a two week fellowship in Bangalore, India.The Fellowship, with 12 participants from Singapore, India, Canada, USA and Australia, worked on strategic projects that addressed Pollinate Energy’s most pressing business challenges including diversifying the product portfolio with non-solar products (to manage the risk of potential electrification) and empowering women (to address the under-representation of employed females).
