Completed a year long placement in industry with Howdens Joinery. My position was intially finance based, where I spent time with the accounts payable team, carrying out activities such as processing invoices and analysing statements against the 'SAP'​ system. I then moved into Commercial finance where I carried out tasks such as producing rationales for.

Carried out a 3 month work placement with BAM Construction, working as part of the 'Bid Team', working to research customer drivers and putting together documents for tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.

I worked at the flagship York City Centre restaurant which operated 24/7 and served a diverse customer base, ranging from International tourists, to late-night clubbers. Consistently providing efficient service with a smile led to running the front counter, becoming the direct customer face to our varied customer clientele. I received the accolade of.

I worked at Toys R Us in the multimedia section of the store, selling products to customers. I also worked on the till and helped customers find products of interest during the busy Christmas period. Towards the end of my time with Toys R Us, I was offered a permanent part time role, due to my constant enthusiasm and desire to succeed.
