I also ensured that Click and Collects were delivered to customers on time and in great condition.In my other predominant role as a Service Desk team member, I assisted customers with general enquiries and facilitated various processes, including returns, exchanges, refunds, layby orders, purchase orders, and photo orders. In my previous role as Clothing World (CW) Shopkeeper, I oversaw the correction and maintenance of stock on the floor, monitored sizing availability, and managed the quantity of SOH. I worked closely with Visual Merchandising guides to keep the store mannequins up-to-date and ensure they displayed seasonally appropriate clothing. I assisted with CW customer enquiries, both in-store and over the phone, providing excellent customer service. I was responsible for filling stock, assisting in and coordinating layout changes across different areas of CW, backfilling stock, and ensuring the store was always in a presentable state that was safe and easy for customers to shop in.

I undertook a myriad of roles during my time at McDonald's. As a part of the Customer Experience Crew, I was tasked with managing small teams of individuals within the restaurant to provide the best service possible, maintaining an excellence QSC (quality, service and cleanliness).I gained experience working in a fast-paced environment, operating POS systems, multi-tasking and problem solving to deal with any issues that arose.
