Ontario Pay and File-Participated in systems design, system analysis, research, testing, and launch of Ontario Pay and File, a new unauthenticated online portal designed for Ontarians to have an easy, seamless method to make tax payments-Compiled and presented technical recommendations for new e-Transfer Request for Money solution for tax payments, enabling enterprise solution for incoming revenue in a new, streamlined way-Analyzed "unhappy paths" of Interac e-Transfer Request for Money flow. ImageON Hardware/Software Refresh Project- Project to upgrade hardware and software components of Ontario's primary tax payment and document processing system- Worked with imageON testing team to prepare, conduct hundreds of testing scenarios across Readiness, Regression, End-To-End, Volume and Transition testing phases, assigned work to team members through all phases of project- Led defect management by updating defect tracking database, informing all relevant parties of any issues and leading communication with vendor (BancTec) to have defects resolved- Co-ordinated with imageON partners (FRO, ITAS, IFIS, MAG) for participation in end-to-end testing phase- Provided leadership during UAT testing and guided MOF counterparts through process; co-ordinated with MOF to have operations staff available to assist with testingRIDE-TI Project - Ontario Pay and File- Worked with team during launch of Ontario Pay and File (OPAF), a new web portal for Ontarians to make payments towards various government programs- Conducted feasibility analysis for OPAF E-Payment options analyzing payment limits, interface usability, information security, and fee structures, narrowing in on a final recommendation of Interac Request for Money as the best option to provide users with a seamless, online tax payment experience- Collaborated with OPAF team to review the project's Architecture Analysis, provided questions and concerns with each of the e-Payment options to the Architecture team. Options ranged from direct transactions with a financial institution to transactions requiring a third-party vendor.- Researched and provided technical expertise in proposing future-state reconciliation process for RIDE-TI Portal, following consultation with CAC, OSS and MOF staff- Investigated exception scenarios in reconciliation process between OPAF and credit-card payment system CCPay, presented scenarios to management
