Management of critical systems within six buildings, including three levels with Global Switch a Tier 3 Level 1 data centre. Utilise a global ticketing portal; locate issues, identify actions, respond to client requests, problem solve and resolution of issues. Qualified Supervisor / Sole TraderGenerated a firm base of my own clients ranging from householders to local builders, property developers and electrical engineers within Southern Electric Contracting.Employed an apprentice electrician for six years, training and mentoring him from the beginning of his apprenticeship at the age of 17 through to his qualification and beyond. He has since gone on to set up his own business.Extensive knowledge of SSE HV and LV networks, Integration into technical teams of various sizes is a regular occurrence in my experience as a self employed electrician.I have had extensive experience with small and medium uninterrupted power supplies & air conditioning systems, working alongside air con engineers several times.On various occasions I have identified design flaws which would prevent the completion of an electrical installation. Running my business for the past nine years has been a challenge at time but interaction with all types and solving problems as and when they surface is an everyday task.

Although I was originally employed to train as a fire alarm technician, my duties were installing and maintaining emergency lighting systems. The lack of development opportunities was the reason for the short term of employment.
